If there is a defect with the item when it arrives, we will have a photo emailed to us at: info@wuuski.com

We will then determine whether or not to have it shipped back to us and make the adjustment.

How Long is Shipping?

Shipping dates vary within the U.S and International countries.

U.S shipping can take up to 4-5 business days.

International shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks depending on country.

Please be aware with international shipping, different countries may require customs tax upon delivery. We will not be responsible if a customer denies to pay custom tax in order to receive their product.

All products are on pre-order and will be processed and shipped within 5-6 weeks upon payment.
